How we work

A five-step process built for remote workplaces.

  1. 01

    Listen & scope

On-country conversations with leaders, managers and workers to understand the real need — not the assumed one.

  2. 02

    Design the program

Tailor the units, delivery mode and pace to the workplace, the team's literacy and the community calendar.

  3. 03

    Deliver on site

Training in the workplace, side-by-side coaching, demonstrations, language support and patient repetition.

  4. 04

    Assess fairly

Competency-based assessment using observation, oral questioning and real workplace evidence.

  5. 05

    Mentor & embed

Follow-up coaching, supervisor handover and pathways into supervisory or leadership roles.

FAQs

Common questions.

Do you travel to remote communities? +

Yes. Tammy is based in Darwin and regularly travels across the NT, the Kimberley and Central Australia. Travel and accommodation are scoped into each engagement.

Are courses nationally recognised? +

Tammy holds TAE40116 and partners with RTOs for nationally recognised units. Where qualifications aren't required, we design fit-for-purpose workplace training.

Can you train teams with mixed literacy levels? +

Absolutely. Most programs are designed for mixed literacy and English-as-additional-language learners — using demonstration, oral assessment and visual materials.

How long does a typical program run? +

Anywhere from a single White Card workshop to multi-visit programs running over 6–12 months. We design around your roster and community calendar.

Do you offer one-on-one mentoring? +

Yes — leadership mentoring and on-the-job coaching for emerging supervisors is one of the most requested services.
